We are GenZ. We are Millennials. We are GenX (yes, us too, we're not that old). We are emerging generations living and working in South Central PA who want to build a stronger community while creating genuine connections with our neighbors. We are seeking personal growth as well as contributing to make our community a thriving place for all...and having lots of fun along the way.

IS THIS A YOUNG PROFESSIONALS GROUP?
We prefer to stay away from the term "young professionals." Many people don't identify with the term and we want to be clear: we are a group for everyone. Servers. Warehouse pickers/packers. Stay-at-home parents. IT specialists. Nonprofit workers. Entrepreneurs. Artists. Students. Doctors. Personal trainers. Educators. Welders. And everything in between.
Secondly, we are so much more than your typical young professionals group that focuses on networking and professional development. PEAK Collective is all about forging friendships, building community, and climbing toward a better future for all. (In fact, that's our tagline!) We pursue this by sharing member-coordinated meet-ups and events --> get involved!
IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT? AM I TOO OLD TO JOIN?
There is a place for everyone in PEAK Collective. Our mission remains the same: to attract and retain emerging generations to our communities. We strongly believe every generation has a role to play in pursuing this mission. So, while our target audiences are members of emerging generations, we recognize there are people of all ages who are passionate about eliminating the “brain drain” and connecting younger people with the community.
The bottom line: If our mission and values speak to you then get involved! Age is just a number.

Get Involved
PEAK Collective is fully run by our members. There is no membership fee; members are those who participate in our private Facebook group and/or attend our events. (We know not all use Facebook, but this has been the most effective way to maintain information across members, since the group is member-driven. We hope you can join us on the platform!)
Group members are encouraged to plan events and activities to post in the private Facebook group and invite other members to attend. Events can be as casual as "I'm going to the dog park at place/time if anyone wants to meet up" to more coordination like forming a dodgeball intramural team.
No money is collected by PEAK; if anything a member coordinates requires money, arrangements will be handled between the individuals participating. Before participating in any event, please read our terms.
